My Grandpa Lepat Ubi Recipe

2 BASIC THINGS
First, ubi kayu diparut. Ni result nye
Then, perah guna a clean towel
Ubi yg telah diperah tadi
Gaul sekali ubi and kelapa parut
campur pulak gula melaka yg telah dicairkan terlebih dahulu
Warna nye dah jadi merah mcm ni, tambah tepung ubi & gula sikit
Pati dari air perahan ubu tadi diambil tau... jgn buang.
Bungkus dgn daun pisang... layu dulu daun tuh..
Taraaa.....!!! Dah boleh makan,,
From Sengkang, my hubby and i straight away to my grandparents house in Bkt. Ramun, Kulai. With the "tresure from soil" we brought, my atuk @ grandpa made a local desert, called as "Lepat Ubi". It is very delicious.

Atuk is very good at cooking. So, i took the advantage to learn the recipe and method from him. Enjoy!
